Risk Assessment

What is a Risk Assessment?
Why is a risk assessment important?

A risk assessment is used to identify hazards and any risks that may cause any harm or danger to actors film crew and camera equipment. Once these risk have been identified and analyzed. The group can then identify and determine appropriate ways to control or completely eradicate a hazard.

A risk assessment important because it creates awareness of any possible risks or hazards when out filming. This is helpful because you are able to stay alert and attentive and know what hazards to look out for, and how they can implement any necessary control measures that would prevent injuries when out during the filming process.

I carried out this risk assessment because it allows us to anticipate any possible risk associated with the filming process and deal with them accordingly to either minimize or eliminate risks.
